Registration
Registration can be completed in person at the store with an ID card, or online through the website or app using AI-powered face recognition before the first rental.
Deposit
Depending on the specific product, customers pay a deposit when collecting the rented tool. The deposit is returned after the tool has been returned.
Reservation
For online payments, after a reservation is created, an amount equal to the daily rental fee for the selected tool will be pre-authorized. This helps prevent non-binding reservations and ensures tool availability for other customers. After pickup and subsequent return of the tool, only the potential difference between the pre-authorized amount and the final rental price will be charged. If the reservation is cancelled within the defined period, the pre-authorized amount will be released in full.
How does it work?
The customer reserves the required tool through the app or website.
The customer receives a PIN code or uses the mobile application.
The customer enters the PIN code on the locker or uses the mobile application, similar to delivery locker services.
The locker opens automatically and the customer collects the reserved tool.
After use, the customer returns the tool to the smart locker using the app or the original PIN code.
